My new favorite way to have my SHAKEOLOGY is called:
CHOCOLATE COVERED SALTED CARAMEL SHAKEOLOGY
Here’s the Recipe for Chocolate Covered Salted Caramel Shakeology:
8-10 ounces of water or almond milk, or split in half
1 tsp caramel extract (try to get real not imitation)
a pinch of SEA SALT
1 FULL scoop of Chocolate Shakeology
