Here are my top 3 FAVE SPICE Blends all taken from BEACHBODY Nutrition programs.  I usually Multiply them by about 6-8 and put them in these LARGE MASON JARS so that I have them on hand ALL THE TIME

ALL-PURPOSE Seasoning:

4 tsp. onion powder

2 tsp. garlic powder

2 tsp. mustard powder

1/4 tsp. dried thyme

1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

1 tsp. sea salt (i use himalayan)

 

SMOKY SOUTHWESTERN SEASONING:

1 Tbsp. chili powder

2 tsp. ground cumin

1 tsp. coriander

1/2 tsp. onion powder

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. dried oregano

1/2 tsp. smoked paprika

1 tsp. sea salt

 

MEDITERRANEAN SEASONING:

4 Tbsp. dried parsley, crushed

4 tsp. dried onion flakes

2 tsp. dried basil, crushed

1 tsp. ground oregano

1 tsp. ground thyme

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. sea salt

1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
