These are 21 day FIX Pancakes!!! And, they are kid approved too!
1/2 banana1 YELLOW Quick Oats2 Eggs (RED)1 tsp vanilla ext1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp coconut oil1 tsp honey or PURE maple syrup Blend all ingredients in the blender for 30 seconds, even your single serve if you have one.Let batter sit for 4 minutes to thicken.Drizzle Pan with cocount oil. Pour in pan. Makes 6 regular sized, or 8 small sized.THis makes 2 servings. So 1 serving would be 3 regular sized, or 4 small.1 serving is 1/2 RED, 1/2 PURPLE, 1/2 YELLOW Double this recipe to stock up for the week. They reheat really well too!
